Oman cricket board revealed the final squad for 2016 twenty20 world cup that will be played from 8 March to 3 April in India. Wicket-keeper batsman Sultan Ahmed is set to captain 15-men Oman team in their first ever ICC World T20 championship.

Oman will be playing first round games against Bangladesh, Ireland and Netherlands in the competition. They’ll be up against Irish team in their first ever match of twenty20 world cup on March 8 in Dharamsala.
