Sunrisers Hyderabad are the title defending champions in tenth edition of Indian Premier League. David Warner will be captaining the side as he did successfully in 2016 Vivo IPL edition. SRH to play opening match of IPL-10 against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 5 at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium.

Opening Batsmen
SRH has got destructive opening pair as skipper David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan to open the innings. Both Shikhar and Warner are capable of doing some serious damage to the opposition bowling line-up. Wicket-keeper batsman Naman Ojha may also come to bat at the open.
Middle Order
There are some top class batsmen in the middle order for SRH. New Zealand captain Kane Williamson bats at the number 3 position meanwhile left-handed Yuvraj Singh to bat at the fourth place. All-rounders Deepak Hooda, Chris Jordan and Naman Ojha are the key batsmen in middle and lower batting order.
Bowling lineup
Sunrisers Hyderabad has got very dangerous bowling line up that consists of two Indian fast bowlers Ashish Nehra and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Bhuvneshwar won purple cap last year as he was leading wicket taker. Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman will also be a crucial bowler for SRH once again. He was successful last year.
Pravin Tambe to be the front line spinner in Hyderabad’s bowling squad for 2017 IPL edition. Meanwhile Yuvraj Singh can be handy part time spin bowling option for David Warner in middle overs.
