India’s leading digital payment system Freecharge has signed up two years contract with Indian Premier League to become on-ground official partner of VIVO IPL. Freecharge will be the official partner of Indian Premier League for 2016 and 2017 seasons.
Indian Premier League Chairman Rajiv Shukla and BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur welcome Freecharge for its association with the league.
IPL Chairman Mr. Rajiv Shukla said, “We are delighted to have FreeCharge on board. The new association reaffirms the growing value of VIVO Indian Premier League. I also want to congratulate our team for building the base of this association and ensuring that the backend process to make this partnership a reality was smooth.”
As Freecharge becomes the official on-ground partner, company will be able to reach out to more people. Freecharge will be seen on the board of IPL in various kind of marketing strategies and promotional activities.

The 9th edition of Indian Premier League will be played between 8 April and 29 may 2016.
