PCB have ruled out that they will not play 19th March’s all important game against India in Dharamsala. The reports state that the security panel that inspected security in Dharamsala on Monday, are not satisfied with the players security arrangements. Three men panel have submitted the report to Pakistan’s federal interior minister Mr. Chaudary Nisar which enforced PCB not to send men’s and women’s teams to India on Wednesday.
While addressing to media in the evening, Pakistan Cricket Board Director Media Mr. Amjad Hussain said, “The final decision on team’s departure to India for T20 World Cup will be taken after a formal go ahead by the interior ministry. PCB has delayed national women’s and men’s cricket team from travelling to India.”
Board had already written an application to ICC Chief executive David Richardson to shift Indo-Pak world t20 clash from Dharamsala to either Mohali or Kolkata. India is currently hosting the World Twenty20 2016 tournament in which Pakistan are scheduled to meet arch rivals India, Australia and New Zealand in the group matches of championship.
