Australia Cricket’s pace bowler Mitchell Johnson has announced retirement from all forms of game. He appeared last time for Australia in recently concluded second test match against New Zealand at WACA in Perth. As he got retirement from international cricket, he won’t be seen playing any Test, ODI or Twenty20 match for Australia.
It makes sure that Australia will have to chase their first ICC Twenty20 World Cup next year in India without their prime bowler Mitchell Johnson. Aussies bowling line-up will be now under the leadership of Mitchell Starc.
Mitchell Johnson will not be seen on the ground again for representing Australia but still hopes are there that you may find him bowling some quick bouncers. His wife Jessica has hinted that Mitch might be seen playing in some top twenty20 cricket leagues like Big Bash and Indian Premier League.
Jessica said, “he might play some T20.”
It is also possibility that Mitchell Johnson may get associated with Masters Champions League which is the tournament of ex-cricketers and it’s first edition is scheduled to take place in 2016.
