International Cricket Council have said that groups, fixtures and schedule of 2016 ICC World T20 world cup on 11 December, 2015 in Mumbai. ICC Chairman and BCCI President Mr. Shashank Manohar, ICC Chief Executive Mr. David Richardson and BCCI Secretary Mr. Anurag Thakur will be present during the event in Mumbai’s hotel.

ICC unveiled the logo and teaser of event yesterday on twitter. India’s test cricket team captain Virat Kohli, Ajinkaya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan will be present during the release of t20 world cup fixtures. The previous edition of world twenty20 championship was played in Bangladesh which was won by Sri Lanka in 2014.
This is going to be first occasion when India will be hosting wt20. 16 teams will be participating in the competition and one champion will be confirmed on 3rd April in Eden Gardens where the final of 20-20 world cup 2016 will take place off.
