Finally ninth Indian Premier League has got 4 top teams from the league stage for playoffs. Gujarat Lions, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders are the four sides that will compete each other to become champions of Vivo IPL 2016. Two qualifiers and one eliminator will be played before the grand finale on 29 May.
KKR is the only side who has won Indian Premier League in the past as they were winners in 2012 and 2014. Rest teams have never won the league but this time they’ll be eager to claim the crown, especially RCB and SRH as they have been played several editions of the league while this is Gujarat Lions first ever IPL season.
