International Cricket Council’s sixth edition of World Twenty20 champions is starting today on Tuesday and will conclude on 3rd April with a final match at Kolkata. 16 countries are participating in the competition and the timings of matches vary according to the region. Hence here we have brought the schedule of ICC World T20 2016 matches in IST (Indian Standard Timings), GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) and BST (British Summer Time) time format.
16 teams are divided into 4 groups and two rounds will be played in the tournament. In he first round of WT20, 8 teams will compete against each other and two of them will go to the second stage of championship which is Super-10.
First round groups
Group A: Bangladesh, Oman, Ireland, Netherlands
Group B: Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Hong Kong, Scotland
Super-10 round groups
Group 1: Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies, England, TBC
Group 2: India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Australia, TBC
