The Women’s World twenty20 championship will begin in India on 15th March and a total of 10 countries will be participating in the event. Australia women’s team will be the title defending champ in the competition. All playing 10 nations will have to announce 15-member respective squads before 15 days of the beginning of ICC World T20 2016.

The opening game of tournament will be played between hosts India and qualifier team Bangladesh on 15 March at Bengaluru. Cricket Ireland was the first board to unveil 15-women squad for T20 world cup. As more teams will be declared, we’ll updates this article.
